Subscription Policy

1. Scope of Subscription

FindMyShark is free to use at launch, subject to plan limits. Users may request a premium upgrade from their account; self-serve paid checkout is not currently available. Additional subscription features such as promoted listings, enhanced visibility, priority placement, or analytics may be added later and will be described on the Platform when they are enabled. Premium access is not required to create an account or browse listings.

2. Subscription Plans

Details of subscription plans, pricing, duration, and included features will be clearly displayed on the Platform at the time of purchase.

3. Activation & Access

Subscription benefits activate upon successful payment confirmation. Access continues for the duration of the selected plan unless terminated earlier.

4. Cancellation

Users may cancel subscriptions at any time. Cancellation will prevent automatic renewal where applicable but does not retroactively refund completed service periods.

5. Platform Discretion

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue subscription features with prior notice where feasible.

6. Limitation of Guarantee

Subscription or promotion does not guarantee investor engagement, deal closure, or business success.
